Description
Jones County Board of Commissioners is soliciting sealed bids for the Water Meter Change Out – 2026 construction project. The selected contractor must furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to replace approximately 4,700 water meters and related accessories. Bidders must hold a State of Georgia contractor license and provide the license number on the bid envelope. Bids must include a bid bond of at least 10% of the amount bid. The successful contractor must furnish performance and payment bonds, each equal to 100% of the contract amount. Contract documents may be obtained from Ingram & Associates Consulting Engineers for a nonrefundable fee.
