The Monroe County Board of Education is requesting qualifications from construction management firms for the renovation and modification of its old ninth-grade building. The selected firm will provide pre-construction and construction-phase services, support the construction schedule, and help deliver the project within a fixed budget. The detailed submittal format and requirements are not included in the advertisement. Interested firms must request the qualifications package in writing; the package will then be emailed to the respondent. Proposals are due by 3:00 p.m. Eastern time on October 22, 2026.
