Description
The City seeks a firm, contractor, or joint venture team to assist with daily operation and management of its stormwater program and utility. The scope includes program administration and regulatory compliance; engineering, plan review, inspections, infrastructure assessments, and GIS asset updates; and construction of small stormwater projects not exceeding $75,000 each. Additional Public Works services may be authorized through work orders. The engineering and inspection work requires a designated Georgia-licensed Professional Engineer, and the construction team must meet applicable licensing, certification, and safety requirements. The anticipated annual budget is approximately $250,000. The contract term is three years, with the ability to add up to two years based on performance. Proposals must include a cover letter, team resumes and experience, a work plan for all four tasks, quality control and safety plans, proposed subcontractor qualifications, and proof of required licenses, bonding, and insurance. The proposal is limited to 50 pages, with specified paper and font requirements.
