Description
The Macon Water Authority is seeking bids for 11 new vehicles: one 2026/2027 Ford Explorer Active mid-size SUV; one Ford F-350 Super Cab long-bed truck; two Ford F-250 Super Cab long-bed trucks with utility bodies; four Ford F-150 Super Cab 4x4 trucks; one Ford F-150 Crew Cab 4x4 truck; one Ford F-150 Regular Cab 4x4 long-bed truck; and one Ford F-250 Super Cab long-bed 4x4 truck with a utility body. The specifications identify required features, optional equipment, unit and total pricing, warranty information, and delivery timing after receipt of order. Bidders may bid on individual vehicles or all vehicles, and the Authority may award by individual vehicle or lump sum. Equivalent products may be proposed if they meet or exceed the specifications, provided the bidder identifies the alternate manufacturer and catalog number and supplies descriptive literature or specifications. The enclosed bid forms must be used; manufacturers' statements of origin, free and clear of liens, are required at delivery, and vehicles must be ready for use upon delivery.
