Description
Macon-Bibb County is seeking a multidisciplinary transportation planning, engineering, and consulting team to update its 2020 Vision Zero Action Plan and develop an implementation-focused roadway safety strategy consistent with the Safe System Approach and the Safe Streets and Roads for All program. The work includes implementation assessment, stakeholder and public engagement, crash and safety analysis, High Injury Network and systemic-risk analysis, safe-speeds and transportation-equity analyses, policy and practice assessment, countermeasure development, project prioritization, conceptual project development, funding strategy, and performance measurement. The selected consultant will prepare administrative, public, and final action-plan documents; project fact sheets; GIS data and geodatabases; analytical databases; maps, graphics, presentations, implementation and funding matrices, and a performance-monitoring framework. Proposals must address the technical approach, work plan, schedule, qualifications, relevant Vision Zero and SS4A experience, key personnel and subconsultants, references, community engagement, crash-analysis and GIS capabilities, staffing, and required federal contracting certifications. The submission package includes the buyer-provided Attachment A forms and supporting documents, including qualification, subcontractor, minority-participation, financial and legal stability, insurability, debarment, non-collusion, vendor application, W-9, and E-Verify materials.
