Description
The City of Warner Robins is seeking one contractor to provide and administer a Safety Shoe Voucher Program for approximately 180 eligible employees. The contractor must accept and validate City-issued $150 vouchers, provide approved safety footwear with appropriate sizes, widths, styles, and protective features, and allow employees to pay amounts exceeding the voucher value. Footwear must include protective toes, slip-resistant soles, durable construction, and applicable safety features such as ASTM F2413 compliance, puncture resistance, waterproofing, or electrical-hazard protection as appropriate. The contractor must provide fitting services either at a local retail location or through twice-yearly on-site fitting events for non-local vendors; manage returns, exchanges, manufacturer-defect replacements, voucher records, and monthly invoicing with redeemed vouchers attached. Proposals must describe qualifications, relevant experience, program administration, fitting approach, product offerings, pricing, discounts and fees, and a sample invoice, along with required business and compliance documentation.
