Description
The project involves renovating existing classroom 163 in the Life Sciences South building at the University of Idaho. The base bid includes interior finishes, lighting, and audio-video upgrades. Bid alternates include replacing the existing projector with a Panasonic PT-FRZ50U projector and rerouting the projector data connection above the ceiling; providing six 4-inch Legrand Evolution Series floor boxes; and replacing all acoustical ceiling tiles in the existing grid. A Public Works Contractor’s License for Idaho is required, and a 5% bid bond based on the total bid amount, including alternates, is required. The estimated project cost is $316,000.
