The USDA Food Safety and Inspection Service, on behalf of the Agricultural Research Service, intends to issue a firm-fixed-price purchase order for one Aqualab VSA Vapor Sorption Analyzer, VSA service training, an Aqualab WVTR Testing Kit, Moisture Analysis Toolkit 3.0, Aqualab stainless steel cups, and applicable shipping. The notice identifies Addium, Inc. as the sole source because the analyzer's proprietary dynamic dewpoint isotherm capability is not available from other vapor sorption analyzers. This is a notice of intent rather than a request for competitive proposals.
