The USDA Forest Service is seeking 100 sheets of HDPE marine-grade board, also known as marine board or Seaboard. Each sheet must measure 0.05 inches by 54 inches by 96 inches and be Mercury Grey. Required characteristics include scratch and puncture resistance, impact resistance, UV stabilization, resistance to delamination, chipping, rot, swelling, and moisture absorption, and ease of cutting, installation, cleaning, and sanitization. The quotation must include delivery, pricing for all 100 sheets, product information or specifications demonstrating technical compliance, and an explanation of any specification that cannot be met. Award is anticipated as a single firm-fixed-price contract using lowest-price technically acceptable evaluation, including acceptable or neutral past performance. Delivery is required no later than 60 days after receipt of order.
