Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting two factory-new commercial-grade diesel zero-turn mowers for delivery to the Lower Granite Natural Resource Management Office. Each mower must have a liquid-cooled three- or four-cylinder diesel engine, minimum 24.5 horsepower, Tier 4 compliance, at least an 11.5-gallon fuel capacity, a 72-inch cutting deck, rear discharge, foot-assisted deck lift, independent front suspension forks, digital diagnostics, welded steel construction, no-flat front tires, ROPS with a weed-eater rack, and specified operator comfort features. The contractor must deliver the mowers FOB destination within 120 calendar days after award, coordinate delivery at least 48 hours in advance, offload the equipment, and provide OEM maintenance supplies, including two spare filters for each installed filter type and break-in lubricants with product and safety data sheets. Pre-award submissions must include technical data demonstrating compliance, warranty information, and a BAA certificate or equivalent certification of domestic end products. Delivery must also include operating and maintenance manuals, five hardbound and one electronic copy of applicable O&M data, spare-parts and supply lists, and standard commercial warranties.
