Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting one each of three new, original-equipment-manufacturer Peerless Pump rebuild components for the Lewiston Levee Pump: replacement bearing tube, part number 2728271-738; replacement suction bell, part number 96864084; and replacement impeller, part number 99378365. Remanufactured and gray-market items are not acceptable. Components must meet or exceed the original materials' corrosion and abrasion resistance, and the impeller must be dynamically balanced to ISO 21940-11 Grade G6.3, with serial-tracked balance certification included in the shipping documentation. The contractor must provide manufacturer certification for each component for technical review and approval before award, include shipping costs in the quoted prices, and provide a comprehensive one-year manufacturer's warranty covering parts and workmanship. Delivery is FOB destination within 20 weeks after contract award. The solicitation requests one copy of the signed and dated Standard Form 1449, any applicable Standard Form 30, completed pricing for all line items, and the completed General Contract Information section; quotations must be emailed to the designated contracting contact and remain valid for 30 calendar days after the due date.
