Description
The project consists of ADA improvements to the basement restrooms at the Lewiston Department of Labor building and modifications to its breakroom. Restroom work includes expanding door openings, demolishing existing layouts, installing compliant water closets, reinstalling restroom accessories, installing new tile, painting, updating lighting fixtures, and adding signage. Breakroom work includes demolishing existing cabinetry, a hotplate, and a recirculating hood; installing new custom cabinetry and a fire extinguisher with cabinet; and painting. Bidders must hold an Idaho Public Works Contractor's License. A 5% bid bond based on the total bid amount, including add alternates, is required.
