Description
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is procuring and delivering approximately 700 tons of 2-inch-minus crushed base rock and 263 tons of 3/4-inch-minus crushed surface rock for roadway maintenance. Materials must meet the specified aggregate requirements, be clean and non-contaminated, and be accompanied by accurate scale or weight tickets for each load. The scope is material procurement and delivery only; spreading, grading, compaction, surface finishing, traffic control, and other on-site construction activities are excluded. Total materials, delivery, fuel surcharge, and taxes must not exceed $25,000. The response must include a completed and signed SF 1449, any signed amendments, company information including the SAM.gov UEI, technical capabilities and approach, and detailed pricing.
