Description
The City of Grosse Pointe Woods is soliciting bids to rehabilitate approximately 430 linear feet of 12-inch sewer, 830 linear feet of 15-inch sewer, and 1,440 linear feet of 18-inch sewer using full-length cured-in-place pipe lining. The work includes pre- and post-construction sewer cleaning and CCTV inspection, mineral-deposit removal, service-lead preparation and reinstatement, traffic control, audio-visual documentation, and related restoration. The contractor must use NASSCO PACP-certified CCTV operators and NASSCO PACP-certified inspection software. Required deliverables include PACP databases, video recordings, inspection reports, test results, hard copies, electronic media, and GIS-compatible data. Bidders must submit the completed bid form, 5% bid security, statement of qualifications, project references, and subcontractor listing. Performance, payment, and maintenance/guarantee bonds are required after award, each in an amount equal to the contract price, and specified insurance coverage is required.
