Description

The Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk Central School District is soliciting transportation services for one student traveling to Parsons Child & Family Center at 60 Academy Road, Albany, New York, and three students traveling to Kipp Elementary at 65 Krank Street, Albany, New York. Service is required Monday through Friday from October 23, 2026, through June 30, 2027. The contractor must provide appropriately sized vehicles, comply with New York State transportation and education requirements, maintain vehicles and substitute buses, provide required driver and emergency-drill support, and install or maintain mobile two-way radio communication. Buses may not be more than seven years old without district approval. The contractor must provide public liability insurance, submit vehicle information with the bid, and may not subcontract or delegate the work. Pricing is requested on a per diem basis for each route.
