Description
The City of Albany Community Police Review Board is seeking qualified contractors to provide as-needed professional mediation services. The newly posted written Q&A clarifies that proposers must satisfy the RFP’s minimum qualifications at the time of proposal, including verifiable documentation of 40 hours of formal mediation training or equivalent credentials and at least 20 mediations conducted as a neutral third-party mediator. The Q&A further confirms that prior City selections or service do not receive special consideration; relationships with the Albany Police Department, Community Police Review Board, City, or CPRB members must be disclosed; and the APD Community Police Academy requirement may be completed at the next annual offering if the selected proposer has not already completed it, provided completion is documented within the last five years. All other RFP terms remain unchanged.
