Description
Albany County is seeking a vendor to provide car wash cards or coupon booklets and related services. Required offerings include exterior wash and blow-dry service; full-service interior and exterior cleaning with vacuuming, dusting, floor-mat washing, and air freshener; touch-free exterior and undercarriage washing, polish or wax, and drying; a police and fire wash-card package; and an unlimited full-service wash subscription. The contract term is one year, with a possible one-year renewal at Albany County's sole discretion if pricing remains unchanged. Quotes must include vendor information, qualifications and firm history, relevant staff, experience with prepaid cards and car-wash subscription services, at least two similar-project references, an implementation plan, and a detailed cost proposal using the provided proposal and cost forms. Evaluation criteria are price, locations across Albany County, and service accessibility.
