Description
The City of Perham is seeking a qualified contractor to construct a 7,560-square-foot maintenance building. The scope includes providing all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to complete the project in accordance with the official RFP specifications and scope of work. Detailed proposal documents and project requirements are available from the designated contact. The solicitation requires sealed proposals and reserves the City's right to reject any or all proposals, waive informalities, and accept the proposal deemed in the City's best interest.
