Description
McNeese State University is soliciting sealed bids for the construction of campus gateways under Bid No. S2700020 and the listed project numbers. Bidders must hold a Louisiana building-construction license. The bid must include a cashier’s check, certified check, or acceptable bid bond equal to at least 5% of the bid amount. The successful contractor must provide a performance bond equal to 100% of the contract amount. A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for October 7, 2026. Front-end bidding documents are available through the Louisiana Vendor Center, and plans, specifications, and drawings may be requested from the university’s facilities office.
