Description
South Fayette Township is soliciting sealed bids for installation of the Fairview Park Stormwater Management System. The work includes a new manhole, storm sewer piping, an endwall with rip-rap apron, an ADSTM Stormtech detention system, grouting and abandonment of an existing storm sewer line, site preparation, erosion and sedimentation controls, and restoration. Bidders must submit proposals on the provided forms and include a certified check or bidder's bond equal to 10% of the total proposal amount. Pennsylvania prevailing wage rates and Act 127 of 2012 compliance are required. The successful bidder must enter into an agreement within 15 days after notice of award, and proposals may not be withdrawn for 60 days after filing.
