Description
Allegheny County is seeking qualified consulting firms to conduct a comprehensive marketing feasibility study of County-owned assets. The study will identify opportunities to generate market-based revenues through sales, sponsorships, naming rights, advertising, partnerships, licensing, concessions, and other appropriate commercial arrangements. The submission requires a proposal in PDF format, VOSB documentation, insurance documentation, an MWDBE plan and waiver, required vendor documentation, acceptance of the general terms and conditions, acceptance of the EEO requirements, and a vendor internal sustainability profile in Excel format. The opportunity also includes applicable diversity, equity, inclusion, and vendor documentation requirements.
