Description
The 99th Air Base Wing requires a proprietary server and software upgrade for its existing Johnson Controls Metasys Building Automation System industrial control system. The upgraded system must integrate with the installed proprietary Johnson Controls Direct Digital Control field network and maintain interoperability, cybersecurity compliance, and operational stability. This is a Sources Sought notice, not a solicitation or request for quotes. Respondents must submit a brief capabilities package demonstrating technical compliance with the stated requirements, identify their business size and applicable socioeconomic status, and disclose foreign ownership or control and any contemplated use of foreign national employees. Responses and attachments must comply with the stated email subject, file-format, and 10 MB total-size restrictions.
