Description
The U.S. Air Force is soliciting quotations for sunshades for an air traffic control tower, including manual primary shades, motorized secondary shades, optional remote, switch, or smart-tablet controls, and removal, delivery, and installation. The shades must meet the specifications in the Statement of Work and drawings. Delivery is required 6–8 weeks after receipt of order to Nellis Air Force Base, with inspection and acceptance at destination. This is a firm-fixed-price, total small-business set-aside evaluated using lowest-priced, technically acceptable procedures and delivery time. The contractor's quote must include product specifications, CAGE code, SAM Unique Entity ID, payment terms, discount terms, point-of-contact information, and a proposed delivery schedule. Contractors must attend the site visit to be considered, and only electronic offers submitted by email will be accepted.
