Description
Morgan County seeks a supplier to provide and deliver midgrade unleaded gasoline, No. 2 diesel, and winter-blend diesel to its listed fuel sites. Bids must cover delivery to every site and price fuel using the average Denver rack price on the delivery date plus a fixed reseller price and applicable fees. The supplier must provide delivery tickets and invoices with corresponding OPIS reports; diesel additives must be blended at no additional charge when required. The six-month pricing period runs from January 1 through June 30, 2027. Vendors must be within 100 miles of Morgan County. The proposal must include the Bidder Reply Form, a complete project schedule if applicable, at least three references for work completed within the last three years, the specified OPIS report, and a separate warranty sheet if applicable.
