Description
The City seeks a contractor to furnish and deliver No. 1 and No. 2 heating/diesel fuel, unleaded gasoline, and propane to municipal facilities. Estimated quantities are 36,600 gallons of No. 1 fuel, 15,300 gallons of No. 2 fuel, 10,200 gallons of gasoline, 180 gallons of delivered propane, and 70 gallons of propane dispensed at the contractor's pump. Bidders may offer on one or more fuel types, and the City may award by fuel type or for a portion of its needs. For designated tanks, the contractor must monitor fuel levels on the stated weekly or biweekly schedules and maintain a “keep full” supply. Fuel requested by authorized City personnel must be delivered within four hours. Gasoline will be self-served by City personnel at the contractor's pump. The initial term runs December 7, 2026, through June 30, 2027, with a possible one-year extension at the existing bid rates.
