Description
The City of Aurora seeks a qualified organization to operate a Youth Empowerment Center for Aurora residents ages 13-18. The selected organization will provide facility space and programs and services supporting young people's mental, emotional, physical, and life-skills development. The contract period is April 1, 2027, through March 31, 2031.
