Description
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service seeks heating fuel delivery to three storage tanks serving the Bettles Bunkhouse, Bettles Residence, and Bettles Shop at Kanuti National Wildlife Refuge. The estimated quantity is 500 gallons per location per year, for 1,500 gallons annually across the three locations. Fuel must be delivered and pumped into the tanks, with deliveries arranged in advance so a refuge employee can be present; the contractor must provide a fill ticket documenting the quantity, price per gallon, location, and total. Deliveries are generally during weekday business hours, with occasional after-hours or weekend deliveries possible. The purchase order has a base period from November 16, 2026, through September 30, 2027, and one option year from October 1, 2027, through September 30, 2028. Quotes are evaluated on price, and the attached Bid Schedule & Offer Evaluation Form must be completed. The solicitation also requests three examples of similar completed work and a Past Performance Questionnaire, including at least two valid references for each example. Active SAM registration is required by the closing date.
