Description
The City of Lincoln is soliciting bids for construction of a premium short-game practice facility and renovation of existing golf-course bunkers. The practice facility includes five USGA-specification greens totaling approximately 25,000 square feet, two new 2,000-square-foot bunkers, drainage, irrigation modifications, USGA gravel and root-zone materials, Capillary Concrete bunker liners, approved bunker sand, turf establishment, cart-path construction, and related clearing, grading, earthwork, and site restoration. The existing bunker scope includes removal and disposal of existing sand, reshaping and edging, drainage, Capillary Concrete installation, new sand, and replacement sod across approximately 23,780 square feet. The solicitation also requires material certifications, manufacturer supervision for Capillary Concrete work, as-built drawings, trained and manufacturer-certified HDPE pipe fusion personnel, and evidence of at least five qualifying 18-hole golf-course projects completed within the last three years using directly employed personnel. Responses must be submitted through the City/County E-Bid system by the stated deadline. Performance and payment bonds, each equal to 100% of the contract amount, are required with the signed contract upon award. The bid package includes a Foreign Adversary Contracting Prohibition Act certification, references, electronic acknowledgments, and a conditional deviation statement for any proposed deviations.
