Description
The City of Lincoln is soliciting bids for pavement improvements at Highlands Golf Course and Holmes Golf Course. Work includes mobilization, clearing and grubbing, earthwork, removal of existing pavement and site features, and construction of new Portland cement concrete pavement, barrier curbs, sidewalks, detectable warning panels, landscape berms, and related grading and restoration. Holmes Golf Course also includes maintenance-shop pavement work and an alternate for paving the entire maintenance yard. The response requires lump-sum pricing for Highlands Golf Course cart path repairs, Holmes Golf Course cart path repairs, and the Holmes maintenance-yard paving alternate. The selected contractor must provide labor, supervision, materials, equipment, permits, and licenses; protect existing facilities and the public; dispose of removed materials; and complete the project by the end of May 2027. Performance and payment bonds, each for 100% of the contract amount, are required upon award. The solicitation requires electronic submission through the City/County Ebid system, including completed itemized spreadsheets and the Foreign Adversary Contracting Prohibition Act certification form.
