Description
Lincoln Electric System is soliciting bids for a three-year purchase agreement covering copper-clad 5/8-inch by 5-foot ground rods, threadless couplings for 5/8-inch ground rods, and heavy-duty 5/8-inch ground rod clamps. The bid form identifies estimated first-year quantities of 1,200 ground rods, 2,500 couplings, and 1,800 clamps, with specified manufacturers and approved catalog numbers. Quantities for the second and third years may vary, and LES does not guarantee purchase of the estimated quantities. The awarded vendor must be authorized by the manufacturer to sell the products in Nebraska, maintain specified minimum stock levels for the listed items, provide delivery within two weeks after receipt of order for stocked items, and provide weekly order-status reports. Delivery is freight prepaid and FOB destination. The bidder must submit product specifications and descriptive information, complete the bidder's signature page and Equal Employment Opportunity Compliance Form, and submit the response through the LES Online Procurement System; paper copies are not accepted.
