Description
Lincoln Electric System is seeking a vendor to furnish and deliver flood seals and cable-end caps under a three-year purchase agreement. The bid form lists eight product items, including 600V flood-seal splice assemblies for multiple conductor sizes, 15 kV and 35 kV cable-end caps, and a 350 MCM aluminum flood-seal splice assembly. Estimated first-year quantities range from 25 to 800 units per item, with quantities for later years subject to change and no guaranteed purchase quantities. Bidders must offer approved manufacturers or obtain approval through the stated standards-approval process, and must be authorized by the manufacturer's representative to sell the products in Nebraska. The vendor must maintain specified minimum stock levels for the listed items, provide delivery within two weeks after receipt of order for stocked items, and provide weekly order-status reports. The successful bidder must complete the Equal Employment Opportunity Compliance Form.
