The City of Lincoln, Lancaster County, and the Lincoln-Lancaster County Public Building Commission are requesting bids from qualified companies for a Master Agreement for Security and Surveillance Installation, Maintenance, Service and Repair. The agreement will cover projects ranging from $0 to $49,999.99 on an as-needed basis. Contractors must be authorized factory resellers for the equipment provided, and must supply Avigilon brand equipment as specified. Services include installation, maintenance, repair, cabling, programming, training, technical support, and emergency services. Contractors must provide at least three references for similar projects. The contract term is one year with two optional one-year renewals. Performance and payment bonds are required for higher project thresholds. Insurance requirements include commercial general liability, automobile liability, and workers' compensation.
