Description
District Energy Corporation is seeking replacement plates and glued-on NBR gaskets for an Alfa Laval AQ10-FG plate-and-frame heat exchanger used in a water-to-water free-cooling application. The replacement plate pack must fit the existing exchanger, match the original plate grouping, and use either 304 or 316 stainless steel with a nominal thickness between 0.40 and 0.50 mm. Bidders may submit separate options for each material and thickness combination. The bid must include pricing, lead time, delivery information, and complete specifications and descriptive material for the proposed equipment. The successful bidder must provide positive material identification test records for 10% of the plates before shipment, using a calibrated handheld X-ray fluorescence analyzer. All components are to be delivered to the specified District Energy Corporation facility.
