Description
The City of Lincoln is soliciting a general contractor for the University Square Parking Garage and Retail Facade Project. The work includes demolition of existing facade elements; replacement of the retail facade with aluminum composite material and composite rainscreen wall panels; reconstruction of parking-garage awnings, canopies, soffits, and related framing; installation of exterior and decorative LED lighting; electrical power and networked lighting controls; flashing, sealants, firestopping, access panels, and associated finish work. The contractor must provide labor, materials, equipment, supervision, specialty engineering, shop drawings, structural calculations, submittals, testing, coordination, and project closeout documentation. Bid documents are not yet attached and will be provided when received from the consultant.
