Description
Lincoln Electric System is soliciting bids for the supply and delivery of utility electrical equipment, including medium-voltage cutouts, fuse links, fuse holders, disconnect blades, and related components, in accordance with LES specifications. The bid form identifies estimated quantities, manufacturer or manufacturer part-number options, unit pricing, delivery lead time, and stocking requirements for selected items. The resulting purchase agreement covers November 1, 2026, through October 31, 2029. Bidders must be authorized by the manufacturer's representative to sell the proposed products in Nebraska, maintain specified minimum stock levels for designated items, provide delivery within two weeks after receipt of order for stocked items, and provide weekly order-status reports. The bidder must submit complete product specifications and descriptive information, a signed bid response, the bidder's signature page, the completed Equal Employment Opportunity Compliance Form, and any required product information through the online procurement system.
