Description
The City of Lincoln is requesting qualifications from service providers for one or more master agreements covering hydro excavation, grease and debris removal, pumping and liquid-transfer services, media removal from biogas or other vessels, confined-space entry and cleaning, and related mobilization, disposal, safety, and site-restoration work. Services include lift-station grease and sludge removal, non-destructive utility potholing, removal of spent filtration or scrubber media, and pumping of wastewater, stormwater, sludge, debris, and other non-hazardous liquids. The master agreement pool will support scheduled, on-call, and emergency projects generally ranging from $0 to $49,999.99 per project. Contractors must provide qualified personnel, hydrovac and vacuum equipment, pumps, safety plans, confined-space documentation, equipment information, mobilization capabilities, and a Letter of Qualifications. Each project requires an approved quote sheet before work begins. Performance and payment bonds apply to the selected contract threshold, and required insurance must be maintained throughout the contract term and renewals.
