Description
This solicitation is for the supply of asphalt materials only. The vendor shall furnish all necessary materials, equipment, tools, freight, delivery, and incidentals, including tax. Pick-up and/or delivery to the San Bernardino City Yard is included as applicable. This scope specifically excludes installation, construction, labor, removal, site work, or public works services.
