Description
This solicitation is for spare parts for the Weapons Impact Scoring Set (WISS) program, specifically for the FLIR D300E Series Expan-Tilt Top Bracket with PL02 Wiring (part number D300E-UD-SE-000-SS) and D300 Heavy-Duty Payload Brackets Side Mount (part number D300-BKT-HDS). These components are required for the WISS Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customer in Saudi Arabia as part of sustainment for the existing WISS system. The items are brand-name parts from FLIR and are considered direct replacements for existing equipment, ensuring compatibility and reducing operational and maintenance costs. Offerors must be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), authorized dealer, authorized distributor, or authorized reseller for the proposed supplies and must provide proof of authorization. This is an all-or-none requirement, meaning partial quotes will not be considered. The government will award a single purchase order to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the requirements and is most advantageous based on the evaluation criteria outlined in the solicitation.
