Description
The Orange County Sanitation District (OCSAN) is seeking proposals for on-call Cost Estimating Professional Services to support its engineering projects. These projects include large and small capital projects and operationally funded repair projects. The successful consultant(s) will be responsible for cost estimating services as described in the Scope of Work. Proposals are to be submitted electronically through OCSAN's Vendor Portal in OpenGov by 11:00 A.M. Pacific Time on July 30, 2026. A non-mandatory virtual pre-proposal meeting will be held on June 30, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. Pacific Time.
