Description
The County of Riverside Purchasing Department, on behalf of the Transportation and Land Management Agency (TLMA) Planning Department, is soliciting proposals for a Program Management System and Professional Support Services. This system is intended to support the regulation of the County's Short-Term Rentals (STR) Program in accordance with Riverside County Ordinance no. 927. The scope includes the provision, maintenance, and support of a comprehensive system (software or web application) to facilitate the STR certificate application process, identify and resolve unpermitted/expired STRs, track and map STR locations, manage fees and certificates, and support overall program enforcement. The program's purpose is to ensure public safety, foster economic development, and maintain the stability of long-term housing inventory and costs in unincorporated Riverside County. TLMA's Planning and Code Enforcement Departments will administer and enforce the program.
