Description
The County of Orange Probation Department is soliciting proposals for a validated, evidence-based Risk-Needs Assessment System for both juvenile and adult populations. The desired system will provide assessment tools, reporting capabilities, integration with the County's current case management system, comprehensive training for staff, implementation services, and ongoing support. The system must comply with County IT and CJIS security requirements and allow full access to raw assessment data for analytics and continuous quality improvement. This RFP is for market information gathering purposes and may lead to a formal solicitation.
