Description
The Riverside County Regional Park and Open-Space District (RivCoParks) is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQu) for on-call professional real estate services. This RFQu aims to pre-qualify firms to provide services such as Appraisal Services, Real Estate Consultant Services, and Title & Escrow Services. Firms selected will be placed on a 2026 Professional Real Estate Services On-Call List and may be asked to execute a Master Agreement. Services will be issued through Task Orders, establishing specific scopes, schedules, and deliverables. The anticipated period of performance is from the date of full execution or signature of an agreement through June 30, 2029. Evaluation criteria will include personnel qualifications, relevant experience, technical competence, past performance, and local experience. Pricing is not a primary evaluation criterion but should be similar to U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics Occupational Employment and Wage data for the Riverside area.
