The City of San Bernardino is soliciting proposals for comprehensive holiday event services. This includes the design, furnishing, rental, delivery, installation, maintenance, and removal of holiday trees, lighting, and decorative elements for the annual holiday event and seasonal display at Court Street Square. The City is looking for creative, high-quality, and visually cohesive proposals that will enhance the event area and create a festive public display. Proposals must include recommended designs, product images or renderings, itemized pricing, installation methodology, maintenance approach, and a teardown plan, along with any necessary assumptions, site requirements, or limitations.
