Description
The Pueblo of Sandia, a federally recognized Indian Tribe in central New Mexico, is soliciting proposals for the construction of a new, one-story, 35,200 GSF Health Center. The facility will house Outpatient Clinical Services, Pharmacy, Imaging, Dental, Physical Therapy, Behavioral Health, Home Care, Public Health, and Health Education departments. Site development includes parking for 157 cars, four covered patios, an ambulance bay, and fully landscaped areas. The project will be delivered using a Design, Bid, Build (DBB) approach. A non-mandatory but highly recommended Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Monday, August 17, 2026 at 9:00 am local prevailing time at the Pueblo Tribal Admin Building located at 481 Sandia Loop, Bernalillo, NM 87004. Proposals are due by Monday, September 14, 2026 at 4 PM local prevailing time.
