Description
The City of Arlington is soliciting proposals for an annual contract to maintain vacant, city-owned properties. Required services include mowing, trimming, edging, and litter removal. Mowing will occur during eight monthly cycles from March through October, with two additional litter-removal cycles during the winter period from December through February. The submission requires a completed bid table, proposal packet, and the listed vendor, signature, reference, conflict-of-interest, proprietary-information, standard-terms, W-9, and insurance documents. Responses are encouraged electronically through the procurement portal; paper proposals may be submitted in a sealed, properly labeled package.
