Description
The Ohio Department of Natural Resources, Division of Oil and Gas Resources Management, is soliciting bids for plugging and plating seven orphan wells in Hardin County. The scope includes mobilization, access and well-site development, drilling or cleaning out wells, well preparation and plugging, well-kill fluid, conductor and surface casing, site safety, secondary containment, well-head control, and related materials. The contractor must also decommission, remove, store, and dispose of casing, tubing, well and production equipment, affiliated lines, and materials generated during plugging, and restore all disturbed areas. Required bid conditions include active status on CSP900922 (DAS Index No. MAC110), attendance at the mandatory pre-bid meeting, and good standing on other Division and agency projects. The solicitation is identified as an MBE set-aside, and the bidder must have active MBE certification when the solicitation closes.
