Description
The Borough of Rocky Hill is soliciting construction bids for drilling and testing Test Well 3 at 1 Young Drive in Rocky Hill, New Jersey. The well is intended to serve as a backup for the existing Well No. 2 on the property. The base bid includes drilling by a master well driller, installation of a temporary pump, a four-hour step drawdown test, 72-hour water-quantity testing, and sampling for New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection primary and secondary drinking-water standards. The project is subject to federal funding requirements, including Davis-Bacon, EPA's Disadvantaged Business Enterprise program, Build America, Buy America, and American Iron and Steel requirements.
