Description
The City of Philadelphia is soliciting a supplier for natural gas supply services for Philadelphia Gas Works interruptible transportation natural gas accounts. The solicitation covers the City's municipal portfolio and requires the supplier to include its supplier fee and any additional fees in the unit cost. The response must be submitted electronically through the buyer's procurement system and include the required solicitation forms, including the cost proposal, consent and authorization, campaign disclosure, vendor information, and solicitation and participation forms. A non-mandatory virtual pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for September 14, 2026.
