Description
Dixon Unified School District is requesting proposals for Managed Internal Broadband Services funded through E-Rate Year 30 (2027–2028). The selected provider will support the District’s existing Ruckus local and wide area network equipment, including switches, wireless access points, and Cloudpath. The requested service is based on 20 support hours per month, or 240 hours per year, with proposals requested for both one-year and three-year terms. Services must include on-site and remote technical support; defined response commitments for major and minor issues; equipment diagnostics and remediation; device-configuration backups; software-upgrade assistance; scheduled reporting; and pre- and post-implementation support, including training, support, and software enhancements. Proposers must provide annual subscription rates for both contract terms, applicable sales tax, a support-structure description, and three references with full contact information and the manufacturers and equipment supported. The District will evaluate eligible costs, support level, proposal completeness and accuracy, and references.
