Description
Auburn University is seeking to establish an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract with up to four service providers capable of providing architecture and engineering (A&E) design support services. These services will be for the Directorate of Public Works (DPW), Engineering Division at Fort Benning, Georgia. The anticipated annual project load ranges from 10 to 30 task orders for A&E services on facility and infrastructure construction and repair projects, with estimated construction costs between $100,000 and $7,500,000. The contract will have a one-year base period with the option to renew for up to four additional one-year terms. Services may also support projects at Camp Merrill, Camp Rudder, or the DFMWR Recreation Center in Destin, Florida, though the majority of work will be for Fort Benning. The scope of services includes programming/pre-design, schematic/concept design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration/phase services. The service provider will be responsible for all labor, equipment, materials, and other items necessary to produce instruments of service and perform professional A&E design services. The contract is for non-personal services and will not include Design-Build projects. The service provider must have their principal registered office within a 250-mile radius of Fort Benning, Georgia, and possess experience providing similar services to the Federal Government, with a preference for experience supporting DoD Army installations.
